Welcome to Nection Media, operated by Nection Media Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at: Second Floor, E-6/125, Sangam Vihar Road, Near Tyagi Store, South Delhi, New Delhi – 110062, Delhi, India. Nection Media operates as a loan marketplace and Direct Selling Agent (DSA), facilitating connections between prospective borrowers and regulated banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs). We are not a lender, do not provide loans directly, and do not make credit decisions. By accessing or using our website/platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of Services (Important Disclosure)

Nection Media:
  • Acts solely as a facilitator between users and financial institutions
  • Collects loan requirements and forwards them to partner banks/NBFCs
  • Assists users in exploring available loan products
Nection Media does not:
  • Approve or sanction loans
  • Determine interest rates or loan terms
  • Influence lender credit decisions
  • Disburse loan amounts
All loan agreements are executed directly between the user and the respective lender.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Be legally capable of entering into a binding contract
  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
Any misrepresentation may result in rejection of services and may be reported to partner financial institutions.

4. User Consent to Communication

By submitting your details on our platform, you expressly consent to be contacted by Nection Media and its partner lenders via:
  • Phone calls
  • SMS
  • Email
  • WhatsApp or other messaging platforms
  • RCS or similar communication technologies
Such communications may include transactional updates, service-related notifications, or promotional information in compliance with applicable laws. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.

5. Fees & Compensation Transparency

Nection Media generally does not charge borrowers for accessing loan offers, unless explicitly stated. We may receive commissions, referral fees, or incentives from partner lenders upon successful loan disbursal. All interest rates, processing fees, foreclosure charges, penalties, and other loan-related costs are determined solely by the lender.

6. No Financial Advice

The information provided on this platform is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. Users are advised to independently assess loan products and consult professionals where necessary.

7. Third-Party Lenders

Nection Media shall not be responsible for:
  • Loan approval or rejection
  • Terms and conditions imposed by lenders
  • Disbursement timelines
  • Changes in loan offers or policies
Your contractual relationship is solely with the respective lender.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nection Media Private Limited shall not be liable for:
  • Any financial or indirect losses
  • Credit decisions made by lenders
  • Errors in lender documentation
  • Technical interruptions or website downtime
Use of the platform is at your own discretion and risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to branding, design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Nection Media Private Limited and is protected under applicable Indian laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in New Delhi, Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
